Automated meeting notifications in NeetoCal keep hosts and clients informed without manual follow-up. NeetoCal sends email and SMS messages when a meeting is confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, requested for approval, or rejected, along with reminders before it starts.
Admins control these from the Global notifications page, with separate Email and SMS tabs. Everything is on by default, and you can uncheck any message you do not want to send. Override the settings on a single scheduling link when it needs different behavior. Teams that send messages through Zapier, webhooks, or a transactional email service can turn off the built-in notifications to avoid duplicates.
