# Custom Availability and Date Overrides | NeetoCal

Set custom availability in NeetoCal and handle busy weeks with date overrides, multiple schedules, and quick switches so clients see only open slots.

## Overview

Custom availability in NeetoCal lets you choose the days and hours when clients can book you. You set a weekly schedule, and the booking page shows only the slots that fit inside it, so clients never pick a time you cannot make.

When a week looks different, add an availability override. Mark a day as fully unavailable for an appointment, or open a specific window, such as 6 PM to 8 PM on Wednesday, while keeping the rest of your routine unchanged. For recurring busy periods, create several named availabilities and apply them to the meetings you choose. Consultants, tutors, and part-time teams use these availability preferences to match bookings to real life.
