# Booking Trends and Scheduling Reports | NeetoCal

Track booking trends in NeetoCal: total and canceled bookings, period-over-period change, top hosts, popular meeting times, and top clients.

## Overview

The booking report in NeetoCal shows booking trends for any period you choose, including total bookings and canceled bookings. Each figure is compared with the previous period of the same length, shown as a percentage change, so you can tell at a glance whether bookings are growing or slipping.

The report also ranks hosts by number of bookings, shows your most popular meeting times, and lists the clients who book most often. Business owners use these scheduling analytics to spot problem areas, adjust availability and staffing around peak hours, and recognize key customers. You can filter by timeframes like today, last week, or last month, view any chart as a table, and download the data as a CSV file.
