# Send Booking Emails From Your Domain | NeetoCal

Send NeetoCal booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations from your own domain by connecting Gmail, Outlook, or an SMTP provider.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets you send booking emails from your own domain instead of the default NeetoCal address. Confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and reminders all go out from an address your clients already recognize, such as bookings@yourcompany.com, rather than a generic sender.

An admin connects one email account for the whole workspace from the Admin panel, and it applies to every scheduling link. Supported providers are Gmail, Outlook, SMTP, and the Neeto email service. Only one provider can be connected at a time. A custom sender address makes booking emails look consistent with the rest of your brand and helps clients trust them. When you send through Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP, the hourly email limit does not apply.
