NeetoCal gives workspace admins email and SMS notification templates for every message sent about a booking. From the Admin panel, you can edit confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, approval, rejection, and reminder messages for both hosts and clients, then preview them before saving. Changes apply across all scheduling links in the workspace.
Templates support dynamic variables such as client name, host name, meeting name, and meeting time, so each email or text message reads as if it were written for that booking. Teams use this to keep wording and tone consistent across many links. If one link needs different wording, customize it at the link level and it overrides the workspace template. Reset to default restores the original text anytime.
