# Multi-Host Meetings and Panel Scheduling | NeetoCal

Schedule multi-host meetings in NeetoCal. Clients only see slots when every host is free, and the meeting is added to each host's calendar once booked.

## Overview

Multi-host meetings in NeetoCal let you put several team members in the same meeting with a client. NeetoCal checks every host's availability and shows only the time slots when all of them are free, then adds the booking to each host's calendar.

This works well for panel interviews, sales calls that need a product expert and an account manager, or client reviews with a manager present. Add hosts from the Hosts tab and pick which availability each host uses for this meeting. The View availabilities button shows all schedules side by side. One host is the main host, and the video link and calendar invite are created from that person's connected accounts.
