# One-on-One Meeting Scheduling Links | NeetoCal

Create one-on-one meeting links in NeetoCal so clients can book a private slot with a single host based on your availability. Free with unlimited links.

## Overview

A one-on-one meeting in NeetoCal is a scheduling link for booking time between a single host and a single client. The client opens your link, sees the open slots from your availability and books the one that suits them, with no email back-and-forth.

This is the most common meeting type for consultants, coaches, recruiters and sales reps who meet people individually. To set one up, add a new scheduling link, choose One-on-one and fill in the meeting details on the What tab. An admin can assign a different team member as the host from the Hosts tab. Apply any of the host's saved availabilities so clients only see times the host is actually free.
