# Priority-Based Round Robin Scheduling | NeetoCal

Route bookings to your preferred team members first with priority-based round robin scheduling in NeetoCal, falling back to others when they are busy.

## Overview

Priority-based round robin scheduling in NeetoCal assigns each booking to the highest-priority host who is free at the chosen time. You rank the hosts on a round robin scheduling link, and NeetoCal keeps giving meetings to the top-ranked person until they are fully booked or unavailable.

Clients simply pick an open slot. If only one host is available at that time, that host gets the meeting. If several are free, priority decides, even when the higher-priority host already has more meetings.

Sales teams use priority routing to send leads to senior reps first, and support teams use it to fill a specialist's calendar before involving others. If you prefer an even split, switch to balanced assignment, which picks the host with the fewest bookings.
