# Booking Reports and Scheduling Analytics | NeetoCal

NeetoCal booking reports show total and canceled bookings, host performance, popular meeting times and top clients. Filter by date and export CSV.

## Overview

Booking reports in NeetoCal show how your scheduling is performing. You can see total and canceled bookings for a period, compare them with the period just before it as a percentage change, and spot trends in demand across your scheduling links and team members.

The host performance report shows how many bookings each team member receives, which helps managers balance workloads. Popular meeting times reveal when clients prefer to meet, so you can adjust availability and staffing. Bookings by client highlights your most frequent customers. Filter any report by timeframe, such as last week or last month, view the data in a table, and download it as a CSV file for further analysis.
