# WhatsApp Appointment Reminders and Booking Updates | NeetoCal

## Overview

NeetoCal sends booking updates and appointment reminders on WhatsApp, so clients see them in an app they already check all day. You don't need your own WhatsApp Business account, Meta approval or message templates. NeetoCal sends the messages for you, and setup takes a few minutes.

Clients can get a message when a meeting is booked, rescheduled, cancelled, awaiting approval or rejected, plus reminders at the times you choose, such as 1 day and 1 hour before. Clients opt in with a consent box under the phone number field on your booking form. Hosts can turn on WhatsApp updates for their own bookings too, including an alert when a booking is waiting for their approval.

Every workspace gets 100 free WhatsApp messages a month. If you need more, prepaid packs start at $10 for 500 messages. They never expire, and you only pay for messages that are delivered. WhatsApp logs show every message and whether it was delivered, and admins get an email when 50 messages are left.
