You can now export tickets along with their conversations directly from the Admin panel. Exports run in the background with real-time progress updates and are delivered as CSV files.

Workspaces can now assign account managers to customers, with automation rules routing new tickets directly to the assigned manager — improving ownership and response time.

#### **New form question types**

Added **address** and **opinion scale** question types to the form builder, enabling richer data collection in chat workflows.
