In September at [NeetoChat](https://www.neeto.com/neetochat), we focused on a redesigned automation rule builder where each rule reads like a sentence, and unread-message emails that tell visitors which conversation you replied to.

## New features ✨

#### Redesigned automation rule builder

Every workspace now uses the [redesigned automation rule builder](https://engage.neetochat.com/changelogs/redesigned-automation-rule-builder). Each rule reads like a sentence, such as assigning conversations that start on your pricing page to a sales agent, so you can see what a rule does at a glance. The two email actions are now one, where you pick the recipient. Your existing rules keep working and open in the new builder.

#### Unread-message emails name the conversation

Earlier, every unread-message email had the same subject, so a visitor with several conversations could not tell which one you had replied to. The [unread-message email](https://engage.neetochat.com/changelogs/conversation-names-in-unread-message-emails) now names the conversation, using its title or the visitor's first message. Its Reply now link opens that conversation on the page where it started.

## Enhancements ✨

#### Browser tabs show your workspace name

The browser tab on the chat page NeetoChat hosts for your visitors now shows [your workspace name](https://help.neetochat.com/articles/how-to-change-workspace-name) instead of NeetoChat branding, so visitors see your name in their browser tabs, not ours.

## Bug fixes 🛠️

- Agent replies that a visitor has seen no longer go back to Delivered, so visitors no longer get unread-message emails about replies they have already read.

- Images inside a visitor's email reply now show in the conversation and no longer disappear after two weeks.

- Message text in the recent-activity email sent to conversation followers is now left-aligned, matching the chat.

- Private notes that start with a mention now use the same font size as other messages in the conversation.

- A visitor's pre-chat and post-chat answers are no longer lost when two updates to their details arrive at the same time.

- The unread-message email to the assigned agent now includes AI Assistant replies, not just the visitor's messages.
