# Live Chat Business Hours | NeetoChat

Set live chat business hours in NeetoChat by timezone. Outside those hours, show an away message with a return time or hide the chat widget.

## Overview

Business hours in NeetoChat tell the chat widget when your team is available. Set working hours for each day of the week in your chosen timezone, and NeetoChat automatically changes what visitors see when they open the widget while you are offline.

Pick one of two offline modes. Set an away message keeps the widget visible and shows your message with a note saying when you will be back, so visitors can still leave a message and you collect leads overnight. Hide the chat widget removes it outside business hours, for teams that would rather not show a chat nobody can answer. The default away message can be rewritten.
