# Chatbot Workflow Builder | NeetoChat

Design chatbot workflows in NeetoChat with a visual builder. Connect nodes to define how the chatbot answers, then clone, test, and set one active.

## Overview

The NeetoChat chatbot workflow builder is a visual canvas for defining the steps your chatbot takes when a customer asks a question. Each workflow is made of nodes, which are individual steps, joined by connections that set the order they run in.

Start from the initial node, add nodes from the menu, and drag between handles to connect them. You can keep several workflows, but only one is active at a time, and the chatbot uses it to decide how to respond. The rest wait on standby. To make changes safely, clone the active workflow, edit the copy, and set it as active when it is ready. Workflows can also be renamed or deleted.
