Create custom inbox views in NeetoChat to filter live chat conversations by conditions, and keep each view private or share it with all members.

## Overview

Custom views in NeetoChat let members organize the live chat inbox around the conversations that matter to them. Give each view a name and description, then set conditions that decide which conversations appear in it, so each person works from a focused list.

An agent might build a view for chats started on the pricing page, while a team lead tracks open conversations assigned to their group. Set a view's availability to Myself to keep it private, or to All members to share it across your NeetoChat organization. Shared views give everyone the same filtered list of conversations, which makes handoffs and daily reviews quicker.
