# Send Files and Images in Live Chat | NeetoChat

Share files, images, and videos in NeetoChat live chat. Send PDFs, spreadsheets, screenshots, and MP4 clips up to 20 MB right in the conversation.

## Overview

NeetoChat lets you send files, images, and videos in live chat without leaving the conversation. Click the image or video icon in the messenger area to attach a file of up to 20 MB, and the customer receives it right inside the chat thread.

Supported attachments include PDFs, Word and Excel documents, CSV, text, RTF, HTML, and ZIP files, plus JPG, PNG, and GIF images and video formats such as MP4, MOV, WebM, and MKV. Agents can share an invoice, a setup guide, or a short screen recording instead of describing steps in text. Executable files are blocked for security, and unlisted file types can be zipped before upload.
