API + Documentation

The NeetoDesk API gives developers programmatic access to your help desk. It follows REST principles, returns JSON, and uses standard HTTP response codes. Requests are authenticated with an API key and your workspace subdomain, and public API documentation describes every endpoint.

Endpoints cover tickets, comments and draft comments, attachments, customers, ticket fields, forms, reports, and team members. Teams use the help desk API to create tickets from their own product or website, add customer records, post replies from internal tools, manage team members, and pull ticket volume, agent performance, and customer satisfaction reports into dashboards. Rate limits apply, and requests over the limit return a 429 response.
