# Automatic BCC for Support Emails | NeetoDesk

Automatically BCC a chosen address on NeetoDesk ticket emails to archive support conversations, share updates internally, and keep compliance records.

## Overview

Automatic BCC in NeetoDesk blind copies a designated email address on ticket emails, so a copy of each message reaches that inbox without customers seeing it. You set it up once per mailbox in Mailbox Configuration by enabling automatic BCC and entering the address. Agents do not have to remember to add it to each reply.

Teams use an auto BCC address to archive every support conversation in an external mailbox, keep managers or account teams informed about ticket updates, or maintain records for compliance and audits. Because the recipient is blind copied, customers only see the agent's reply, and the internal copy stays out of the conversation.
