A custom Reply-To address in NeetoDesk controls where customer replies go when they answer a ticket email. By default, the Reply-To field points to your NeetoDesk mailbox, or to your connected Gmail or Outlook address, so every reply lands back on the ticket. Enabling the custom option lets you enter a different email address to receive those replies instead.
This helps teams that need customer responses to reach a specific inbox first, such as a shared address monitored by another department or system. Because NeetoDesk no longer receives those replies directly, set up forwarding from the custom Reply-To address back to your NeetoDesk mailbox. Replies are then still added as ticket updates, and agents keep the full conversation history.
