Footer for email replies

The email footer setting in NeetoDesk controls the text at the bottom of every ticket reply email. By default, the footer tells recipients they can reply to the email directly. In Mailbox Configuration, admins can enable the Tickets email footer to write their own text, or turn the toggle off to remove the footer entirely.

Footers support ticket placeholder variables plus receiver variables such as the recipient's name, email, and subscriber type. That lets you tailor the message to each person, for example telling one recipient they got the email because they were assigned and another because they authored the ticket or were mentioned. Teams use this to make reply emails clearer and reduce confusion about why a message arrived.
