# Help Desk MCP Server for AI Assistants | NeetoDesk

Connect AI assistants to NeetoDesk with the MCP server to list, search, and update tickets, draft replies, and pull support reports in plain language.

## Overview

The NeetoDesk MCP server connects AI assistants to your help desk through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for linking assistants to tools. Once connected, you can ask your assistant in plain language to list, search, read, create, or update tickets, post a reply or internal note, save a draft, or run reports on ticket volume, agent and group performance, and customer satisfaction.

Support teams use MCP for work that needs judgment across several steps, such as triaging a messy queue, summarizing what customers in open tickets are asking for, or turning a forwarded email thread into a new ticket with the customer and subject filled in. It also searches ticket subjects and comment text, which the NeetoDesk CLI cannot do.
