A custom domain lets you host your NeetoForm forms on your own web address. Instead of a link like yourbusiness.neetoform.com/feedback, respondents see form.yourbusiness.com/feedback, which looks more trustworthy and keeps your brand front and center. Your existing NeetoForm links keep working alongside it, and you can switch back at any time.
To set it up, go to the Admin Panel, open Custom domain, and add your domain. Copy the CNAME record into your DNS provider, or use an ALIAS record for a root domain, then click Validate. DNS changes can take 24 to 48 hours, and you get an email once the domain is validated. NeetoForm renews the SSL certificate for your domain automatically.
