Hidden fields in NeetoForm let you keep a question in your form without showing it to respondents. Turn on the Hide question toggle in the field's settings and publish, and the field disappears from the live form. One common use is pausing a question temporarily. Deleting a question also deletes every response collected for it, while hiding it keeps that data intact so you can bring it back later.
Hidden fields also let you capture information you already know. Combined with pre-filling through URL parameters, a hidden form field can record a UTM source, campaign name, customer ID, or referral code in each submission, without the respondent seeing or editing it.
