NeetoForm includes opinion scale and star rating fields so you can collect ratings in a survey or feedback form without building your own scale. Respondents pick a value on a numbered scale or give a star rating, which gives you consistent, comparable answers across submissions.
The opinion scale has start and end limits that set the range respondents choose from. Each field has a field code under Advanced properties, so you can pre-fill a rating through a URL parameter. A link ending in ?opinion_scale=4 opens the form with 4 selected, and values above the end limit fall back to the end limit. These fields suit customer satisfaction checks, event feedback, and product reviews.
