NeetoForm generates a QR code for every published form, so people can open it by scanning with their phone camera. You get the QR code from the Share tab, with no separate QR code tool needed.
Click the QR code icon to see it in a pop-up, then click Download QR Code to save the image. You can place it anywhere, such as on printed flyers, posters, table tents, product packaging, or presentation slides.
