NeetoForm lets you send emails to form respondents straight from the submissions page. Select one or many submissions, open the Take Action menu and choose Send email. A pane opens where you can pick a saved email template or write a new message.
When you click Send, the email goes to every selected submission that has a valid email address. Use it to confirm registrations, share next steps with shortlisted applicants, follow up on support requests or send an update to everyone who signed up, without exporting contacts to a separate email tool.
