# Send Form Emails from Your Outlook Account | NeetoForm

Connect Outlook to NeetoForm so form notifications, response emails and automated messages are sent from your own Microsoft email address.

## Overview

NeetoForm can send form emails from your Outlook account, so respondents receive messages from your own Microsoft address instead of a generic Neeto sender. Open the form's settings, go to Send emails from your domain, choose Outlook and sign in to connect the account.

Once connected, all future emails from that form are sent from your Outlook account. Because delivery is set per form, different teams can use their own mailboxes, for example support requests from a support address and event registrations from an events address. Replies land in the inbox your team already uses, making follow-ups easier to track.
