# Collaborative Knowledge Base Editing | NeetoKB

Edit knowledge base articles together in NeetoKB. See who is viewing an article, where teammates are typing, and avoid overwriting each other's changes.

## Overview

NeetoKB supports collaborative editing, so several admins can work on the same knowledge base article without overwriting each other. If a teammate has saved updates you don't have yet, NeetoKB asks you to get the latest version before your changes go through.

While you work, NeetoKB shows the profile icons of everyone viewing the same article, and highlights a teammate's name where their cursor is placed. Support and documentation teams use this to divide up long articles, review each other's edits, and avoid conflicting versions of the same page. Since the free plan includes unlimited users, the whole team can take part.
