## Overview

NeetoKB includes a rich text editor for knowledge base articles, so you can format help content as you write it. Select text and apply bold, italic, underline, or strikethrough from the formatting toolbar, and structure articles with lists and images so they are easy to follow.

Formatting helps readers scan an article and spot what matters, such as a warning in bold or a renamed setting shown with strikethrough. Writers who prefer the keyboard can use shortcuts like Ctrl or Cmd plus B for bold, I for italic, U for underline, and Shift plus X for strikethrough, without leaving the text.
