# Share Knowledge Base Articles Socially | NeetoKB

Turn on social sharing in NeetoKB so readers can post knowledge base articles to LinkedIn and X, and add a Facebook app ID to include Facebook sharing too.

## Overview

NeetoKB lets readers share knowledge base articles on social media with one click. Turn on Share on social media in the Admin panel and every article shows sharing options for LinkedIn and X. Add your Facebook app ID if you also want a Share on Facebook button.

Social sharing helps useful articles travel beyond your help center. Customers can pass a how-to guide to a colleague, and your team can promote release notes or tutorials on the channels your audience already follows. Each share brings new readers back to your knowledge base and adds visibility to your content.
