Here's everything we shipped in Mar 2026 in NeetoRecord.

New features 🚀

Comments

You can now leave comments on any recording — whether you're a team member or an external viewer. You can leave comments, react with emoji, edit inline, or soft-delete with an undo option. You can also copy a direct link to any comment, which highlights it when opened.

Background noise removal

You can manually remove background noise after your recording is complete. You can remove background noise from fans, keyboards, or busy environments, so your recordings always sound clean and professional.

[API] List recordings endpoint

A new API endpoint is now available to list all recordings in your organization, making it easier to integrate NeetoRecord with your existing tools and workflows.

Webhooks

NeetoRecord now supports webhooks. You can set up webhooks to get notified when events happen in your account. Two events are currently supported — "Video created" and "Transcript generated." This is useful for building automations, syncing recordings with other tools, or triggering workflows in your own systems.

MCP Server support

NeetoRecord now includes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing AI agents like Claude and Cursor to interact with your recordings programmatically. Using an API key, agents can search recordings, read transcripts, manage folders and tags, generate transcripts and chapters, get analytics, create CTAs, and more.

Enhancements ✨

Improved download experience

When you click "Download Video," the dropdown closes immediately and a progress toaster appears at the bottom of the screen. Once complete, it updates to "Download Complete." You can cancel an active download at any time using the close button on the toaster. If you navigate away during a download, a confirmation dialog warns you that the download will be interrupted.

Revamped share recordings pane

The share experience has been completely rebuilt. You can now share a recording starting at a specific timestamp, share it muted, or set it to autoplay — all from checkboxes in the share pane. The pane also opens directly from the recording card's three-dot menu. QR code and social media sharing options are available right from the pane as well.
