# Category-Based Pricing for Group Bookings | NeetoCal

Charge different prices per attendee type in one group booking, such as adult and child or golden seat and standing, with NeetoCal.

## Overview

Category-based pricing in NeetoCal lets you charge different prices for different types of spots in a group booking. A walking tour can charge one price for adults and another for children, and an event can sell golden seats, regular seats, and standing spots in the same time slot.

Each category has a name, a price, and a Counts toward capacity option, so a free category such as an infant on a lap can skip using up a spot. Clients see a selector for each category with its price, and the total updates as they choose quantities. With multiple-spot booking on, they can mix categories in one booking.

Every booking records a payment breakdown such as Adult × 2, Child × 1. It appears on booking details, the confirmation page, host and client emails, exports, and Google Sheets, so you can see who a booking is for and what was charged without opening payment details.
