# Manage Refunds for Paid Bookings | NeetoCal

Manage refunds for paid bookings in NeetoCal. Set automatic refund rules by cancellation time, or refund a percentage or custom amount when you cancel.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets you manage refunds for paid bookings without leaving your scheduling tool. In a scheduling link's Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund settings, add refund rules that set a refund percentage based on how far ahead of the meeting the client cancels. When a client cancels, the refund is processed automatically according to those rules.

You can also refund when you cancel a booking yourself by choosing the Refund option and picking a percentage or entering a custom amount. Refunds are possible even without canceling the meeting. A therapist might refund 100 percent for cancellations made a day ahead and 50 percent for later ones, giving clients a clear policy and saving staff from handling each request by hand.
