# Custom Booking Form Fields | NeetoCal

Add custom questions to your booking form in NeetoCal with text, dropdown, radio, and checkbox fields to collect the details you need before a meeting.

## Overview

Custom booking form fields in NeetoCal let you ask clients questions before they confirm a meeting. Every booking form includes Name and Email, and you can add up to 10 custom questions to each scheduling link using text fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes, and more.

Mark each question as required or optional, split the name into first and last name for cleaner CRM data, or remove the Add guest option if you do not want extra attendees. A consultant can ask about goals, a clinic can ask about symptoms, and a sales team can ask about company size. The answers arrive with the booking, so the host prepares in advance.
