## Overview

Email verification via OTP in NeetoCal asks clients to confirm their email address with a one-time code before a booking goes through. Only people who can access the inbox they entered can schedule a meeting, which keeps fake and spam bookings off your calendar.

You turn it on per scheduling link. Open the link's Settings tab, go to Questions, edit the Email field, and enable Verify email. Booking email verification is useful for free consultations, public demo links, and any page shared widely online. It also means confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups reach a real address, so fewer meetings end in no-shows caused by typos.
