In September at [NeetoForm](https://www.neeto.com/neetoform), we focused on splitting long forms into steps, with page breaks or one question at a time, and on automation rules that are easier to read and build.

Here's everything we shipped in September 2026 in NeetoForm.

## New features 🚀

#### Multi-step forms with page breaks

Long forms, such as a job application, can now be [split into pages with page breaks](https://engage.neetoform.com/changelogs/multi-step-forms-with-page-breaks). Respondents move between pages with the Next and Previous buttons, and each page is checked before they can continue. Answers are kept when they go back, and pages that conditional logic hides are skipped.

#### One question at a time forms

Forms can now [show one question at a time](https://engage.neetoform.com/changelogs/one-question-at-a-time-forms), each on its own screen with Previous and Next buttons. In the builder, each question sits on its own card, in the order respondents see it. You choose this layout when you create a form from scratch, and it can't be changed later.

#### Automation rules that read as a sentence

Earlier, an automation rule offered a separate action for each recipient, such as Send email to form submitter and Send email to members. Each rule now [reads as a sentence](https://engage.neetoform.com/changelogs/automation-rules-that-read-as-a-sentence), such as "When submission is created then send email to form submitter", and you build it by picking each part. This makes a rule easier to read at a glance.

## Enhancements ✨

#### Short text and Long text questions

Earlier, the Text input question had a switch that turned it into a multi-line answer box. It's now two question types, [Short text and Long text](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/text-input). Short text answer boxes also grow as respondents type, so a long answer stays visible instead of scrolling sideways.

#### Clearer conditional logic labels

In [conditional logic](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/conditional-logic-in-neetoform), conditions on multiple choice and dropdown questions that allow more than one answer now use clearer labels, such as "is only" and "includes" in place of "is equal to" and "contains". A rule that uses unpublished questions also shows a yellow warning. Existing rules work the same as before.

#### Your form's name in the browser tab

Earlier, the browser tab on a public form showed NeetoForm after the form's name, and the thank-you page showed a generic NeetoForm title. The browser tab title on your public form and [thank-you page](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/how-to-configure-thank-you-page) now shows only your form's name, without NeetoForm branding.

#### Terms and conditions text in submissions

Submissions now show the confirmation text that respondents tick on a Terms and conditions question, so you can see exactly what each person agreed to. The text appears in submission details, [exports](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/how-to-download-submissions), emails and integrations such as Slack and webhooks.

## Bug fixes ⚒️

- Freezing columns, sorting by title and the form name menu are back on the forms list.

- Columns on the Submissions page can be moved left or right again.

- The Made with NeetoForm badge is back in the bottom-left corner of public forms.

- A valid phone number is no longer rejected when the country is left on the default United States (+1).

- The pre-filled link page no longer keeps loading for forms with a phone number question when the country lookup fails.

- The conditional logic editor now shows an error when a show or hide action has no question selected.

- Publishing a form no longer turns off entry limits on number questions.

- Clearing a product list's currency keeps the previous currency instead of causing an error.

- A form with a Manual UPI payment whose amount comes from a calculated field can be published again.

- Replies to emails sent from the Submissions page now reach you instead of bouncing.

- The Send email to form submitter preview is readable in dark mode.

- Reconnecting Mailchimp after moving a form to another workspace keeps the new connection.
