## **🚀 Product updates**

### **NeetoCal**

- Recurring meetings via Razorpay, so hosts can now accept recurring payments through Razorpay in addition to Stripe.

- Add-on services alongside a booking, letting hosts sell extras like consultations or reports with their own price and duration.

- Edit a scheduling link directly from its public URL by appending `/edit`, skipping the dashboard trip.

- Pre-fill discount codes via URL parameters so promotional links apply the discount automatically at checkout.

- Discount codes now work on packages, unifying promotions across individual bookings and bundles.

- QR code on the thank you page so clients can scan and open the booking on their phone.

- Editable email templates for the approval flow (pending, approved, rejected) and customizable SMS notification templates.

- "Booked by" tracking on booking details and webhooks, covering admin and private team-member bookings.

- Payment IDs from Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal included in webhook payloads and API responses for easier reconciliation.

### **NeetoRecord**

- Custom camera backgrounds in the Chrome extension, so users can upload their own image to personalize recordings.

- Recordings no longer clip the first or last words, capturing speech at the exact start and end.

- Desktop app now remembers which monitor you were recording on, even after reconnecting displays.

- Fixed the countdown timer not showing on desktop and recordings not starting after the countdown finishes.

- Loading messages now stay visible until audio waveforms finish processing.

- Removed false Windows Smart App Control warnings after installing the desktop app.

### **NeetoDesk**

- Freshdesk migration guide with support to move tickets, contacts, companies, and attachments over.

- Insert help articles straight into a ticket reply without manually searching for links.

- Replies now greet customers using the responding agent's name instead of the ticket assignee's.

- Renamed the "All" ticket view to "Active" so only tickets that need attention show up.

- Mobile push notifications now show ticket details before you open the app.

- Fixed missing inline images, delivery failures from new workspaces, and mailing-list forwarding issues.

- Resolved search failures and follower-related errors in large workspaces.
