With November 2025 behind us, let's look at the product metrics. Time to dive in!

Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for November 2025.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 1,119 (↓ 13%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 55,035 (↓ 3%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 876 (↓ 6%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 16,228 (↓ 7%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 4,826 (↓ 1%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 109 (↓ 30%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 15,090 (↓ 13%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 3,660 (↓ 22%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 4,612,097 (↑ 36%)

💰 Payment metrics

For November, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm and NeetoInvoice was around $139,315.48 (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown:

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

NeetoCal’s november updates bring custom link colors, customizable SMS reminders, deeper revenue insights, clearer timezones, and automatic confirmation resends. We also added new availability permissions, full manual availability, recurring meetings via API, holiday date range selection and more. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord

NeetoRecord now features a cleaner select screen UI, an updated camera only interface in the Chrome extension, safer recording controls, and the option to include screenshots in bug reports.

Key fixes improve stability across desktop and Chrome, including external camera selection, mic handling, system audio access, making recording smoother and more reliable than ever.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now supports pre-filled form links, new name-based dynamic variables, timezone-accurate exports, smarter conditional logic with numbered fields, automated refunds, refined progress bar behavior, and cleaner NeetoCal embeds.

Key fixes improve pre-filled links, duplicate submission prevention, dashboard access, UI clarity, form submission errors, payment details, analytics, and progress bar display. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoDesk

NeetoDesk now supports file attachments in public web forms, smarter CallerDesk flows, and improved call recording visibility. Enhanced email and attachment handling, round-robin assignments, UI refinements, and API caching fixes make ticket management faster and more reliable.

NeetoChat

NeetoChat now features a workflow-aware reply box, reordered automation rules, bulk view actions, and reliable Slack message logging. Faster background jobs, accurate notifications, and key workflow, UI, and Slack fixes make chat smoother and more dependable than ever.
