With October 2025 behind us, let's look at the product metrics. Time to dive in!

Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, NeetoSite & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for October 2025.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 1,300 (↓ 37%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 56,630 (↑ 3%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 933 (↓ 11%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 17,565 (↑ 5%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 4,851 (↓ 31%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 173 (↑ 43%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 17,324 (↓ 20%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 4,683 (↓ 30%)

• Number of sites create using NeetoSite: 20 (↓ 55%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 3,391,783 (↑ 1655%)

💰 Payment metrics

For October, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm was around $142,950.10 (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown:

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

NeetoCal now includes iCloud travel time support, a redesigned intro page, grouped availability overrides, improved Google Sheets sync, and form routing for intro pages and packages.

Other updates include input limits, RefID automation, client phone visibility, host notifications, UTM tracking, and dynamic embed heights, making scheduling faster and more seamless than ever. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord

NeetoRecord now lets you regenerate transcripts with one click, add custom video logos, and features a cleaner sidebar UI and Mac dock option.

Key bugs with recording, uploads, monitor selection, and Chrome extension camera access have been fixed, making video creation smoother and more reliable.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now brings a progress bar for submitters, a redesigned Thank You page, Outlook email integration, resizable submissions sidebar, enhanced embed options, and new template thumbnails.

Key bug fixes address redirect errors, conditional logic in non-English forms, element deletion issues, and embed display problems, making form creation and management smoother and more reliable. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoDesk

NeetoDesk rolled out threaded email replies, one-click ticket navigation, enhanced webhooks and public APIs, and smarter CallerDesk calling. Improved ticket creation, faster bulk actions, and subtle UI refinements made workflows smoother, backed by a round of critical bug fixes.

NeetoChat

NeetoChat rolled out widget file uploads, smarter email reply links, and a revamped views system for better control. Enhanced notifications keep both visitors and agents in sync, while faster automation and improved webhooks boost reliability. UI polish, terminology updates, and major Slack, email, and widget fixes made chat smoother and more dependable than ever.

🏆 Small Wins

Over 50,000 meetings were booked on NeetoCal — the highest so far.

NeetoPlaydash recorded over 3.4M tests in October.
