The payments feature in NeetoCal allows you to collect payments for your sessions or appointments. By accepting payments ahead of the session, NeetoCal helps reduce the risk of no-shows. It also saves time and effort in following up with payment requests. After thorough internal testing, we officially launched the payments feature in production in January 2023. The need for such a feature was particularly felt by clients like Headstrong Pro, Somatic Therapy, and others, especially those managing therapy organizations with a multitude of clients. In January, the recorded transaction was **160 GBP**. The subsequent months showed significant growth: - In February, there was a remarkable surge of **728.5%** , with transactions totaling **1160**. Notably, this marked NeetoCal's first transaction from India, amounting to **Rs. 410** out of the total. - March witnessed a growth of **58.6%** , reaching a transaction value of **1840 GBP**. - April saw a slight decline of **-14%** , recording transactions of **1580** , with **1530** **GBP** and **Rs 50**. This was the only month with a month-on-month decline so far. - May marked a rebound with a transaction value of **3364** , showcasing a substantial **113%** month-on-month growth. - June continued the upward trend with transactions totaling **3697** , comprising **3597** in **GBP** and **100** in **rupees**. - July maintained the growth streak, recording a transaction of **7825 GBP** , a growth of **111.68%**. The month also saw an increasing number of clients expressing interest in utilizing the payments feature. - In August, the total transaction volume for the month reached **8706** , resulting in **11%** growth. - September witnessed transactions of **10431 GBP** and **25$** , contributing to a **20%** growth in transactions. - October recorded a significant sum of **20186.75** , demonstrating a **93%** growth. This comprised **19898 GBP** , **145 dollars** , and **143.75 Euros**. - November saw NeetoCal transactions totaling **411.5 Euros** , **26549 GBP** , and **266 dollars** , reaching a grand total of **27226.5**. This reflected a **34%** growth in month-on-month transactions. - December witnessed a total transaction of **20846.05,** which comprised **681.25 Euros** , **19957.8 GBP,** and **207 dollars**. Companies were now able to set custom rules to split payments based on percentages or fixed amounts. When clients book appointments, the system automatically splits the payment and distributes it with the service provider, making it much easier to manage shared revenue.
