## New Features🚀

#### ✅ **Show meeting location only after booking**

You can now [show the meeting location](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/show-meeting-location-only-after-booking) only after a booking is done. This protects your meeting location from being publicly visible and useful for private or exclusive sessions where you prefer to share the location only with confirmed clients.

#### ✅ **Password-protected scheduling links**

Add an extra layer of privacy by [protecting your scheduling links with a password](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/password-protected-scheduling-link). Only people with the password can view and book through the link. This is useful for private sessions, internal team meetings, or any scenario where you want to control who can access your booking page.

#### ✅ **Split the full name into first and last name**

Names entered during the booking are now [split into first and last name](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/split-full-name-into-first-and-last-name) fields. This improves personalization in email communication, workflows, and analytics, giving a more professional touch to client data.

#### ✅ **Admins can view and manage team availability**

Admins can now [view and update the availability](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/view-and-manage-teams-availability) of all team members. This makes it easier to manage large teams and ensure availability is always up-to-date.

#### ✅ **Assign color to scheduling links**

You can now [assign a color to each scheduling link](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/assign-color-to-scheduling-link). This small but helpful visual cue allows you to quickly differentiate between link types, such as intro calls, demos, paid sessions, or internal meetings, especially useful when managing multiple links.

#### ✅ **Create workflows using meeting outcome**

Meeting outcomes are now [supported in workflows](https://roadmap.neetocal.com/changelogs/create-workflows-using-meeting-outcome). You can automate follow-ups or actions based on the outcome of a meeting. For example, if a meeting outcome is marked as **Lead converted** , you can automatically send a follow-up message with next steps or assign a task, making your post-meeting processes more efficient and automated.

## Enhancements✨

#### ✅ **Team members show page**

We've added a show page for your team members, where you can see their basic info like their name, email, role, timezone, preferred time format, and availability. This gives you a quick overview of your team’s working hours and helps in better delegation and planning.

#### ✅ **"Add guest" link in confirmation emails**

Both hosts and clients now receive a **link to add additional guests** in their booking confirmation emails. This improves the experience when someone forgot to add a colleague or client during the initial booking.

#### ✅ **Contact detail page**

Each contact now has a [dedicated profile page](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/contacts#contact-information) showing their name, email, total number of bookings, and other relevant details. This gives you a better view of your clients' history.
