Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M27 (Dec 30 - Jan 12).

**Features:**

- Previously, the chat widget's text-only button support was unavailable on mobile browsers. This functionality has now been added.

- A ticket transcript download URL has been included in webhook calls. If your systems utilize webhooks, you can now automate transcript downloads.

**Bug Fixes:**

- Resolved a rare crash occurring in the widget.

- Fixed issues with the image preview modal in the widget.

- Addressed a crash related to the profile menu.

- Resolved an issue where widget styles did not load smoothly on mobile browsers.

- Fixed redirection issues with the GitHub integration.
