# Video Access Control and Password Protection | NeetoRecord

Choose who can watch each NeetoRecord video: anyone with the link, a password, invited people, logged-in team members or people in your organization.

## Overview

By default, anyone with the link can watch a NeetoRecord video. When a recording needs more care, you can protect it with a password, restrict it to invited people, limit it to logged-in team members, or allow only email addresses that contain specific keywords, such as your company domain.

Set a default for the whole workspace from Global video access control in the Admin Panel, then change it for any single recording from its Video access control settings. A recording's own setting takes precedence over the workspace default.

NeetoRecord also keeps recordings out of search engines. Watch pages, shared links, embedded players and recording request pages never appear in Google, Bing or other search results, with nothing to configure.
