# Custom Fields for Form Submissions | NeetoForm

Add custom fields to form submissions in NeetoForm to record internal notes, tags and review status next to each response, then filter by them.

## Overview

Custom fields for form submissions let your team add internal information to each response in NeetoForm. Respondents never see these fields. They appear as extra columns in the submissions table, where you can capture notes, tags, statuses or findings for every entry.

A hiring team using a job application form can add fields like Interview Notes, Skill Assessment or a yes/no field for Qualified for Round 2. A product team collecting feedback can log satisfaction notes or the steps taken to resolve a reported issue.

Create a field from the form's settings or straight from the submissions page, then edit values inline in the table or in the submission details pane. You can filter submissions by custom field values to find the right responses quickly.
