Most SaaS companies use free plans as a trap. They invite you in with a smile, then strip seats from your team, bury your favorite features behind a paywall, and force an upgrade the moment you show signs of success. Neeto's range of 8+ tools was built as the antidote: room for your whole team, every feature working, and the ability to charge your own clients. All on the free tier.
Neeto is a collection of free business tools for individuals and teams of every size.
You might not recognize these logos. Their customers do.
8+ tools · one workspace · one philosophy
And six more on the way, including NeetoCRM, NeetoEngage and NeetoPlanner. None of them trying to be everything. All of them trying to replace something expensive.
Think of Neeto this way: one tight core of code, used many ways, for many different business problems. Whether you're sending invoices, getting booked, or running a quiz, it always feels the same. The user experience. The free plans with unlimited features. The pricing philosophy.
What running your business looks like without Neeto tools, and with them.
Without Neeto tools
Juggle a separate SaaS subscription for every job.
Stay stuck in the SaaS trap: a login, a bill and a headache for every tool.
Watch free plans expire the moment you need them.
Let a scheduling tool take a cut of every booking.
Pay a form tool per team member.
Re-learn software that feels different in every tab.
With Neeto tools

One login. Same software, same unlimited free tier, whether you're invoicing, scheduling or chatting with clients.
A free plan that stays free. No trial clock, no expiry date.
$0 platform fee when clients pay you.
Unlimited seats on most free plans, and ten free agents on the help desk and live chat.
8+ tools that feel like one decision you made once and never had to revisit.

for therapists, vedic astrologers, dog walkers and many more, in more than 15 currencies.
The biggest six of 15+ currencies, collected as charged

What people have done on Neeto so far.
80K+
of those payments came through NeetoCal booking pages: sessions, classes and consultations paid for up front.
$0
That's Neeto's cut in platform fees to date. Yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Before your payment provider's own processing fee.
Every tool on the planet offers a free plan. Ours is the only one that behaves like it.
Schedulers, form builders, help desks: every one has a free plan, and none lets the whole team in. Most Neeto tools come with unlimited members on the free plan, and NeetoDesk and NeetoChat include ten free agents.
Locked logic, routing, reporting. A “pricing tier” is a hostage situation. Neeto never built the vault: every feature unlocked from day one, no credit card required.
NeetoCal, NeetoInvoice and NeetoForm include full Stripe and Razorpay payment collection, and Neeto keeps zero. Not even a transaction fee.
“It’s got a whole suite of tools that are about to replace my stack.
Calendly is next. Then probably Notion, Typeform, and more.”
The alternatives, one by one
Each one replaces something expensive. Each one runs on the same free plan. Here's what each one actually does.
Big scheduling tools are built for sales teams with a procurement department. NeetoCal is built for the therapist, the tutor and the two-person agency. Share a booking page, let clients pick a slot that syncs with your calendar, and let NeetoCal send the reminders. Round robin, group bookings and paid sessions come with unlimited team members on the free plan, and Neeto keeps none of what your clients pay.

NeetoRecord turns the call that could have been a link into the link it should have been. Record your screen, record your face, say the thing you were going to say, then share the link. The other person watches when they're ready, not when the calendar told them to. Meetings stop sprawling.

A help desk that starts where every other help desk ends: with ten free agents. Not a fourteen-day trial that expires the moment your business depends on it. Unlimited tickets, automation rules, SLA management, plus Slack, GitHub and Zapier. Grow past ten and the next agent is $5/month. Not $19. Not $49.

On the surface, NeetoForm is every other form builder: conditional logic, unlimited forms, unlimited submissions. But the form is a disguise. Underneath is the lightest possible storefront, accepting Stripe, Razorpay and manual UPI. The form you built to collect information can also collect payment. Your workshop registration can sell tickets. Your onboarding form can close the deal.

This is what time-tracking and invoicing looks like when it's built for the person sending the invoice, not the accountant reading it. Log the hours, assign a client, send. NeetoInvoice turns it into a Stripe-powered payment link, and the link into money in your bank account. Most software turned "getting paid" into an ordeal. NeetoInvoice turned it back into a button.

When a customer lands on your site with a list of unanswered questions, a bad day gets out of proportion. NeetoChat waits for the split second they're on the fence and need answers, so your team can walk them through, clear objections, and give the nudge to cross the line. Before they open a new tab and Google your competitor.

A knowledge base that turns one article into the answer for everyone who asks. It lives on your site and answers the same question again and again, so your team doesn't have to. Available 24/7, even at 3am, on Sundays, during launches when the inbox is melting. And it tells you what customers read, what searches flop, and what you're still missing. The more you feed it, the smarter it gets.

Build quizzes with text, code snippets and media, match them to your brand, and share them by link, email, QR code or embed. Turn on the front camera, full-screen mode and copy-paste blocking to keep every attempt fair, then see results and per-question insights the moment someone finishes. Tools like iSpring charge hundreds of dollars per author every year. NeetoQuiz comes with unlimited team members on the free plan.

We explored many platforms
(you know there are 30+ of them) and chose NeetoCal.
The pricing is incredible and the extra features I already pay Loom for as an add-on are included in the Neeto free plan, never mind their paid plan.
The team makes the migration easy. We have been very happy leaving Freshdesk.
I've been absolutely amazed at the product quality and your pricing philosophy. It's such a life saver for early stage founders in so many aspects. I've already recommended it to over 10+ people, so I guess the word of mouth is paying off :)
Easiest thing ever to fire up and do quick screen shares for critiques, takedowns, training and onboarding videos, and regular updates to clients, at pricing that puts coffee to shame.
We moved our live chat from Intercom to NeetoChat. The migration is going well so far and the widget is live on our app.
The software industry taught you that free means limited: free tiers that feel like bait-and-switch with a timer running in the background. Good thing Neeto's tools didn't get that memo.

Prices are each tool's cheapest paid plan at list price in USD, as published in October 2026. Per-user plans are counted for every person on the team and billed yearly, except Loom, which publishes only a monthly price. FreshBooks has no free plan and bills monthly: Lite is $23 a month plus $11 for each extra team member. Jotform's paid plans cover one user, and iSpring is priced on QuizMaker, per author. Calendly, Loom, Jotform and Notion also have limited free tiers; these are the prices once you outgrow them. Pricing changes often and can vary by region, so these figures may not match what you see today. For current prices, check each company's own website. Neeto's free plans have unlimited users, except NeetoDesk and NeetoChat, which include ten free agents.
We'd be skeptical too. The truth is, there is no catch, but we understand why you're asking. Most companies that offer free plans have a plan for the free plan. The VC cheque arrives, the pricing page gets a glow-up, and the features you rely on move to the Pro tier. You've lived this, so you know exactly how it ends.
Neeto is self-funded, and it shows. Our pricing philosophy is the proof we mean what we say: we spend $0 on marketing and pass those savings straight into your free plan.
So when therapists, vedic astrologers and dog walkers take more than 90,000 payments worth over $3.5M through Neeto tools and pay $0 in platform fees, they tell someone.
The catch isn't hidden in the pricing. It's the only thing we charge for: removing our branding costs $5 a month. Everything else is free. We thought you should know that.
Six Neeto tools are now on the App Store and Google Play: NeetoCal, NeetoDesk, NeetoForm, NeetoChat, NeetoInvoice and NeetoPlanner. Same free plan. Same free seats for your team. Same zero platform fee. Now in a different pocket.
The couples therapist checks her phone on the train and smiles when Tuesday fills up. The dog walker sees who confirmed tomorrow's walks without opening a laptop. The yoga teacher gets paid for classes she hasn't taught yet. The hour that used to go to admin? It's yours again.
