# Export CRM Leads, Deals and Contacts | NeetoCRM

Export CRM data from NeetoCRM to CSV or Excel. Download leads, deals and contacts with date filters and only the fields you need, from lists or exports.

## Overview

NeetoCRM lets you export leads, deals and contacts to a CSV or Excel file. From any list page, click the download icon, pick a format, add filters such as a date range, and select which fields to include. The filters already applied to the list are used by default.

For larger or recurring needs, the Exports dashboard in the Admin panel offers more filter options. Exports are scheduled, their status is tracked on the dashboard, and the file is ready to download once complete. Teams use exports to share pipeline data with finance, build reports in a spreadsheet, or keep an offline backup of customer records.
