# Knowledge Base Search Analytics | NeetoKB

Track popular and failed searches in your knowledge base with NeetoKB search analytics. See top keywords by date range and find content gaps to fill.

## Overview

NeetoKB includes knowledge base search analytics that show what readers are looking for. The Reports page lists the most popular search keywords along with how often each was searched, and you can filter by any date range or open the full list for more detail.

A failed searches report sits alongside it, showing queries that returned no results. Support teams use these reports to spot trends, see which topics customers ask about most, and find gaps where an article is missing or uses different words than readers do. Writing or updating articles based on this data means more people find answers on their own.
