# Neeto Abuse policy

Read Neeto Abuse policy.

_Capitalized terms used below that are not otherwise defined have the meanings
given to them in the [Agreement](/legal/terms-of-service)._

This Abuse Policy describes what We consider abuse of Our Services and how to
report any violation of this policy. We treat all abuse reports concerning Neeto
seriously and are dedicated to investigating all violations submitted to Us.

## 1. Spam, malware, and phishing

The Services may not be used to send or host spam, including sending unwanted or
unauthorized commercial content, unwanted or mass solicitation, or other
duplicative or unsolicited messages. The Services may not be used to transmit
viruses, malware, or other harmful code. We do not allow phishing activity.

## 2. Violence, hate speech, and illegal activities

The Services may not transmit or host hate speech, advocate violence or
terrorism, distribute graphically violent or obscene content, or support
hateful, racist, libelous, or discriminatory activities.

## 3. Harassment, bullying, and threats

The Services may not be used to engage in abusive, harassing, or bullying
behavior. This prohibition also includes a ban on the illegal dissemination of
private information or media using the Services.

## 4. Sexually explicit material

The Services may not be used to distribute content that contains nudity, graphic
sex acts, or sexually explicit material.

## 5. Personal and confidential information

We do not allow the use of the Services to publish personal and confidential
information of persons that is not publicly accessible without their explicit
consent. Personal and confidential information includes full name, phone number,
address, social security number, credit card number, government-issued
identification card details, and bank information.

## 6. Copyright infringement

Copyright infringement occurs when someone other than the copyright holder
copies the "expression" of a work. If You discover that there has been copyright
infringement involving Your work, We will take the necessary action. For more

## 7. Deceptive behavior

The Services may not be used to deceive individuals or impersonate other
individuals or organizations. This prohibition includes but is not limited to
falsely implying any sponsorship or association with Neeto group, creating a
false or forged identity, email address, header, phone number, or otherwise
attempting to mislead others as to the identity of the originator of a
communication.

## 8. Other violations

If You believe that You have a violation to report that does not fall within any
of the categories mentioned above, please describe the violation and write to Us
at legal@neeto.com so that We can take appropriate action.

## 9. Reporting

If You encounter content on Neeto that violates this policy, please contact Us
at legal@neeto.com.

## 10. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any action We deem appropriate in response to
violations of this policy, including but not limited to:

- Issuing a warning to the account holder.
- Removing or disabling access to the offending content.
- Temporarily suspending account access.
- Permanently terminating access to Our Services.

The specific action taken will depend on the nature, severity, and recurrence of
the violation. In cases of severe or repeated violations, We may terminate access
immediately without prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, We will notify
the account holder of the violation and the action taken.

## 11. Appeals

If You believe that enforcement action was taken against Your account in error,
You may submit an appeal by writing to legal@neeto.com. Please include a
detailed explanation of why You believe the action was unwarranted. We will
review Your appeal and respond within a reasonable time frame.

## 12. Modification

Neeto may update this policy by posting the updates to the Neeto Website. Your
continued use of the Services after We post any modifications to this policy
will constitute Your acknowledgment of the modifications and Your consent to
abide and be bound by the modified policy.
