# Automatic Refunds for Canceled Bookings | NeetoCal

Set automatic refund rules in NeetoCal so clients who cancel a paid booking get a set percentage back based on how early they cancel.

## Overview

Automatic refunds in NeetoCal return money to clients when they cancel a paid booking, without you processing each refund by hand. You define refund rules on a scheduling link, and each rule sets a refund percentage based on how far ahead of the meeting the cancellation happens.

A coach might refund 100% for cancellations made two days out and 50% for those made the same day. You can add as many rules as you need from the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund settings of any scheduling link. Once saved, the refund is calculated and issued automatically when a client cancels, so your cancellation refund policy is applied the same way every time.
