# Read-Only and Host-Only Booking Questions | NeetoCal

Lock prefilled booking questions as read-only or keep answers visible only to the host in NeetoCal to protect data accuracy and internal notes.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets you mark booking questions as read-only or host-only. A read-only question keeps prefilled values, such as a name, email, or reference number, locked so clients cannot change them when they open a prefilled scheduling link. Enable it under Advanced properties when editing a question. This helps when details come from another form or an official ID must stay accurate.

A host-only question, set with Responses visible only to host, is answered on the booking page but hidden from the client afterward. The answer appears in the host's booking details and notification emails, not in client emails or calendar events. Assistants use it to leave private notes for the host before a call.
